I've long been a Tull fan but will never see them again as Ian Anderson has pretty much lost his voice. Barre and band were great, his lead singer sang Tull perfectly and Barre was a charming performer as well. The show was very rock oriented--the light, acoustic style from Tull was minimized.
The show was phenomenal. They met with everyone, after the show, for autographs and pictures.
Long time Tull fan, first time seeing Martin Barre's band live and they rocked the house. An amazing guitarist that kept us spellbound for the entire show. His new album Back to Steel is excellent and a must have for any classic rock fan. The entire band displayed awesome musicianship. The show was done in two hour plus sets, each set had some originals, some older Tull songs, and some great surprises - I wont give them away. Martin playing Tull songs without I.A.'s flute in the mix gives these songs a great, rocking feel. This is the best concert money you'll spend all year! Look for lots of new shows in 2017.
