Game was fun. Waiting outside in 100 degree heat was not.
Had fun seeing all the players with my daughter. Just had a great time out
Sat right behind home plate for about $50 a ticket. Such a value. Parking was messed up because of additional events on the property, but ended up parking offsite to make things easier
Perfect way to spend an evening with the grandchildren. The position of the field created beautiful shade on a warm Summer day. The views of the Tower bridge at sunset were spectacular. We just wished the Rivercats won; good game.
Was an other fun day at the River Cats beautiful ballpark!!!!! Took four friends who had never been there. They all loved it!!!!
It was the Drive from the Bay Area. The park is extremely clean. Staff is super Helpful and friendly. Lots of variety in food and tasty. Even the Baseball play was top notch. We’ll be back
We had such a great time at the game and watching fireworks. Then the bad stuff happened. As we walked out to our car with NO parking lights on. They did not turn them on. We turned the corner and my wife tripped in that horrible parking lot and fell face first. Skinned up her toes, knees, hands. And it's sore from head to toe. Terrible experience, that pushing lot needs to be fixed!!!
Everything went well, and I truly enjoyed the experience. Park and the employees were absolutely top notch and professional. Beautiful park, beautiful design, great game, a lot going on, fireworks at end of game were spectacular. Major League all the way. If there is one thing that I can list as a bad experience, it was the parking. I paid for a parking pass, but it didn't seem to have any effect on where we parked. The parking employees were extremely helpful and friendly, it was a well-over 100 degree day, and they handled themselves with the utmost professionalism. But more information on parking in advance would have been helpful ; we were quite a way from the ballpark and I have back issues making it difficult for me to walk, which ruined a otherwise awesome day.
I liked the play of the 3rd basemen on the Cats, and getting to see Longo play.
I spent a little more than I wanted to have an up close and personal experience with my dad and my son. Overall Great experience! We were right next to the home team dug out. Had a great view of the game, players in the dugout. One of the players even handed a ball to my son as a souvenir.
The Sacramento River Cats have a good looking and and well run facility. But the main scoreboard SUCKED the night I was there (July 3rd). Way more often than not, the wrong player was featured. Many times the same player would be shown for most of the inning. Like I said, other than that things were fine and the fireworks were great. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the operation of the main scoreboard. Hopefully, that was just a one day glitch!
This is a great family experience. The park is well kept up and the play is professional level, but the crowd is small and polite. The restrooms are clean with plenty of stalls. The snacks are fun and varied. We will definitely come again.
Ball park was very nice, and the game was good with fireworks after. My complaint was the AYCE BBQ. They say it's served from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, and you can come and go as you please , Fine, right? Well, they had no idea how many tickets they sold as they were running out of food BEFORE 6:00pm. WHAT? Yeah, won't do that again
Easy access to Ticketmaster the event was good had a lot of fun weather was nice overall and excellent day.
We love the River Cats and usually love the Solon Club. But there was no food service upstairs in the Solon Club area on Sunday, July 3rd. We had to wait in very long lines 30min-1 hour for any kind of food at the ballpark that evening. When you spend $45 for an elevated experience at the ballpark then miss 1/3 of the game waiting in food lines, that's a problem!
We watched a good game, ate really good food and saw a cool fireworks show! We will be going more often!
Parking and entry to park a breeze plenty of folk there to answer question and direct us to our seats. All smiles on our part.
Venue and game was excellent. Only downfall was the food. It was terrible. I spent a ton of money and it was all bad. Very disappointed
My home town team - so enjoyable, especially on a Sunday afternoon. We ate hot dogs , peanuts and Cracker Jacks. This is what life is about - so simple, basic, and fun.
