Will call orders may be picked up at any time during normal business hours. (Certain shows may not allow pick-up until the day of the performance) A photo id and the credit card used to purchase the ticket is required.

A $5 VIP parking pass may be necessary to park on site for events, more information can be found on the venue's website, www.roanokeciviccenter.com, for events this applies to. VIP parking passes can only be purchased in advance at the Box Office or online. Those wishing to not utilize paid parking on site of the Roanoke Civic Center during these times, can park for free at the Elmwood Parking Garage, located at 201 Tazewell Ave with complimentary shuttle service. Accessible parking is available at both locations. Please be advised that parking will not be available for purchase on site at parking lot entrances to the Roanoke Civic Center on the night of the show.

In the Coliseum, accessible seating is located above Boxes 1,3,7 & 9. Additional accessible located by Gates 2 & 11. In the Performing Arts Theatre, accessible seating is located in Row R of the Orchestra level.

Additional fees and charges may apply for all phone and Internet orders. Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed at point of purchase.

Children under the age of two get in free with a paying adult and do not require a ticket, unless otherwise specified.
