The show was fantastic and the venue was pretty decent (save for the no air conditioning part). PigPen Theatre Co put on an amazing show with a bunch of original music and some incredible covers thrown in! So much energy and gorgeous harmonies, I can't get enough!

An absolutely fantastic show! Their theatrical show "The Old Man and the Old Moon" was a joy, so I had high expectations for their straight-musical performance, and I was not disappointed.
The energy of this group was palpable, and the evening just got better and better. The music is unique, and the diverse sound with amazing harmony and instrumentation. So much talent on such a small stage...I am glad I saw them before they get too successful and we have to fight for tickets to see them perform!

I had so a wonderful time in Boston. Last summer, I had seen The men in the moon and love it! They are equally entertaining as ban. The sound had great balance between vocals and instrumentation. Great performers, I would recommend it to anyone.
Better than anything I could expect! I love this band's music and listening to it live was ten times as good as listening to it in my room with my headphones on. I hope I'll be able to see more of their concerts.
Pigpen Theatre Co. is such a talented group of guys. Their harmonies are the bomb, their energy is the bomb…just so much fun to listen to and be a part of their show.
PigPen is AWESOME! My new favorite band! Go see them!
It wasn't a terrible show, but this is a band that pats itself on the back a little too much, and is far too pig headed to see this is softcore kiddy bluegrass and folk compared to the greats. With swirling blue grass harmonies and some nice arrangements the show was endurable. But the songs lack depth, the performances were forgettable and they are more akin to a glorified a cappella group from an ivy league than a solid new voice.
