Parking Nightmare
by Tidesfan on 4/1/24Harbor Park - NorfolkWant to start this off by saying we love the Tides and will continue to support, just not at Harbor Park. The City of Norfolk consistently drops the ball with parking. To the point you have to show up to the game over an hour before the game if you don’t want to miss the first few innings sitting in traffic. The NPD decides to just stand there in the middle of the road, but no chance they actually direct traffic. Then once you finally get in the park. You can’t get through the tiny concourse because they’ve crammed so many stalls in such a small space. So if you came thirsty, you’re going to miss another couple of innings. Rather than take a family of four to the game, purchase the mlb.tv package and watch the entire season for the price of one game and a couple beers. Hate that it’s been so poorly managed, Tides games were our favorite summertime activity here in Hampton Roads.
