The Fever secured their first WNBA championship in 2012 behind a Finals MVP performance by 2011 WNBA MVP, five-time Defensive Player of the Year and 12-time All-Defensive Team selection Tamika Catchings. In 2015, the Fever appeared in their third Finals but fell to the Minnesota Lynx in a 3–2 series. Between 2023 and 2024, the Indiana Fever ushered in a new era with back-to-back No. 1 draft picks Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark.

    LOVE THESE EVENTS!

    by Clhoney03 on 4/18/24Gainbridge Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

How exciting to have free events geared towards family! We attended the in season tournament watch party and most recently the Fever draft party. I can’t say enough great things of these memory making events. At the Fever party we met the mascot had great seats enjoyed face painting and most everyone in party caught some form of free merchandise. Thanks so much from a single mom❤️

    So Much Fun

by Becky R. on 4/18/24Gainbridge Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

We were there last year for the amazing Aliyah Boston's #1 pick, and the seats were pretty full. Lots of kids, plenty of cheering for our local ladies. This year was 10 times that of last year. First of all the outdoor space was finished which allowed for more seats inside the arena. Kids and adults alike got to experience the games in the outdoor courts, which were colorful and engaging. People turned out in droves, wearing either Fever red or Iowa gold. There were photo ops with current players and the Fan Shop was packed! But it was the energy in the Fieldhouse that separated this day from others. Everyone knew what was about to happen, and yet the suspense leading up to the pick was intense - and FUN. People were smiling, laughing, cheering. Generally having a good time. Then, the Fever were "on the clock"and the crowd were on the edges of their seats. The Commissioner announced the first pick of the draft and Gainbridge Fieldhouse erupted in a massive roar they could probably hear all the way in New York. Congratulations Fever! Congratulations Caitlin! Congratulations Indiana fans! Congratulations WNBA!

    Draft party

by Tomall on 4/18/24Gainbridge Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

A fun and great experience, my 10-year-old daughter loved it. Can almost say once in lifetime deal, hope not but if so, was great. Fever organization does a tremendous job of making you feel welcome and part of the family. Can't wait to see what they may do at the home opener, yes, we have tickets to it.

Excellent Planning & Execution of Festive Event

by Steve in Carmel on 4/18/24Gainbridge Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

From the parking garage to every corner of Gainbridge the event host had friendly people staffed more than adequate and ready to help. Free parking for the event was a great touch! Balloons in the ceiling were great and representative of how well prepared the facility was to host a festive event. Video and sound were good. Overall, well produced event.

    Parking

    by Tj on 12/13/23

I totally agree with some of the other reviews re: the parking situation! I too purchased a parking pass prior to going to Indy and was unable to use it! We actually ended up parking in the garage. Much more convenient despite the cost, which was immaterial. Overall the entire experience was awesome!!! Thanks Fever!!!

    Great Family Night, Good Venue

by IndyB on 9/11/23Gainbridge Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

Our family had a lot of fun attending the Indiana Fever game on Family Night. Easy to see the court and vibe was really good. Also easy to get there. Only downside is that we never figured out how to get the Family Night perks.

    Enjoyed the game.

by LYHG, Cincinnati, OH on 8/22/23

The game between the Indiana Fever and Washington Mystics was good. The Gainbridge Fieldhouse is very nice and does a great job of getting the fans involved during the game. The basketball chemistry between Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston (new draft pick) was exciting to watch. The whole atmosphere of the game and Indianapolis was great! We had a very enjoyable evening at the game and in Indianapolis, Indiana.

    Parking conditions

    by Frustrated on 8/14/23

Gainbridge arena was excellent! A great venue for basketball watching. The parking however had a lot to be desired. I had a pre purchased parking pass from Ticketmaster that I couldn’t use. The parking was very confusing. If I return, I will not be purchasing a parking pass ahead of time.

    Overwhelming

    by James G on 8/4/23

Because my daughter is going off to college to play basketball I decided to take her to a WNBA game close to Cleveland Ohio which turned out to be the Fever against Phoenix. We had a great first time experience. First of all the arena was beautiful and very clean, the ease of finding our seats, the activities between the time outs and halftime were fun and hilarious. My daughter was also very happy with all the Fever autographs, especially the coaches, she got on her Fever hat. I will never have a problem wanting to make the 5 hour drive to come back to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

    Fun Times

    by Zamani on 8/3/23

I was there with some family. It was our 1st ever WNBA game. We had an amazing time watching the athletes do thier thing. The only issue I had was with the food at the concession stands. No healthy options for both beverages (juices instead of pop) and food, they even ran out of fries. I'm vegetarian. We couldn't bring food in. Despite all that, we still had an awesome time at the game and will be back to do it again sometime.

Too many gimmicks and Too much noise

    by Ironboundcube71 on 8/2/23

I enjoy watching basketball being played. However, the DJ atmosphere at the Fever games is over the top. I haven't been to a Pacer's game in a few years either, but I saw that kind of stuff ramping up back then too. Music is blasted from the moment you step into the arena until the moment you leave. You can't hear any action on the court because they're constantly blasting noise and music during the plays of the game. Time-outs become much longer because they always have to have some type of fan game or other gimmicky interaction. My 12-year-old complained of a headache after the game due to the excessive noise and volume. What a joke "professional"sports have become.
