    Trading Up Tickets

    I have two tickets that were a "gift that were purchased by my son. I needed to upgrade the tickets because the only tickets he could afford were in the nose bleed sections. Me having a fear of heights called to upgrade my tickets, but was told that since I don't have the original pmt information, I would not be able to upgrade. the tickets. And I didn't want to call him because I didn't want to hurt his feelings or make him feel bad for not being able to purchase higher dollar tickets. There should be a "gift receipt" that is given so that people can make exchanges and/or upgrades without having to go back to the person and ask them for their information.
