Miami HEAT History
Founded in 1988 as an expansion franchise, the Miami HEAT are one of the NBA's premier organizations, laying claim to 16 Southeast Division titles, seven Eastern Conference titles, and three NBA Championships. After hiring renowned NBA coach Pat Riley in 1995, the team won its first Championship in 2006, led by Hall of Famers Shaquille O'Neal, Dwyane Wade, Alonzo Mourning, and Gary Payton. Miami then captured back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013 with their “Big Three” consisting of Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh.
In the summer of 2019, much of the team's current core began to take shape, as the HEAT drafted guard Tyler Herro, then acquired All-Star guard Jimmy Butler to round out a roster that already featured promising big Bam Adebayo. In their current form, the team has reached the Finals twice (in 2020 and 2023).

Visited three matches of the Heat and it was a wonderful experience! We loved it. We already bought tickets for two of the games from Germany and it was super easy to access Kaseya Center with these online tickets. We would definitely come back to Miami to visit the Heat.
I was visiting from overseas. Always wanted to go to a NBA game. Was a little disappointed in how long each quarter went for and how many breaks were in each quarter. One quarter went from 38 minutes. I am use to watching both European and Australian basketball., both have great atmosphere throughout the whole game not just the last 5 minutes of the last quarter. I am not saying it was bad to watch but the league let's the tv rights run the game which reduces the atmosphere at the stadium. If the quarters could be shortened by not having such long time outs and reviews this would create a better atmosphere for the fans. FYI I also went to 3 other games and Miami v Orlando was by far the best.
I May Have Had A Problem or 2 @ the Event. But overall it Turned out Perfectly 4 a war of the Trojans. Praise & Compliments.
First time at Kaseya Center. All stadium Staff were very kind. Some critical point were related to food concessions. It was very crowded and the food we had was not good as expectations. We had fun as to the match and the entertainment around the match.
It was incredible for my son and more than that I was able to fulfill my son's dream of being able to go to an NBA game.
Had an amazing experience I will definitely be back for another game !
First Heat game for me. Everything ok. Price, show and the win ! Amazing
The best arena in the world! Me and my family have been going since it opened and it never has failed!
As a paralyzed wheelchair user we found the people staffing the event and stadium is very user friendly. We had a very difficult time getting tickets to the game and found the mobility area full of people with full use of their bodies … able to jump up and down, scream etc. There needs to be a better way of making sure ada tickets are used by people that need them as there were plenty of other seats that could be used by able bodied individuals. Hoping that people will stop abusing this area and that the events figure out a solution. We don’t mind showing a card that comes with the parking tag and an ID!
Well It Was Great & A great Investment in Time & Money & 2 think, Alongside Seeing the MIAMI___ HEAT DANCERS, Was Seeing Ashley Moyer Glitch. She Like A Few Others Are Great & easy Like___ Saturday & Sunday Morning.

I am a sports fan; my husband isn’t. I bought us tickets for a date night and he really enjoyed his first time seeing going to a game. Hopefully he’ll start watching sports😌.
Excellent experience: staff very collaborative, polite and efficient. Great view, easy access, comfortable seats, security 100%. No problems with e-tickets. Recommended
Parking in the outskirts of the arena are great and safe. The security getting in were effective and quick, staff is friendly and accommodating. The view from nosebleed section was awesome, half time show was awesome. Miami heat beat the wizards, quick access to bar and bathrooms. Over all always an awesome experience at Miami Heat games
It was very nice, but it was way too cold in the hall, so unfortunately you can't really enjoy a game.
It was a wonderful experience unforgerttable!! I want to come back for sure!
I loved the location and the organization of the event. The places I watched the game were far from the court, but I could see everything very well.
This was my first time going to a Heat game. I am from Toronto, so naturally I went to support our hero, Kyle Lowry. I go to a ton of Raptors games throughout the year and we get pretty hype, but the experience in Miami exceeding my expectations. I got in easily leveraging the app CLEAR. I could see all line wait times, which made it easy to plan my concession needs. For a preseason game, the house was pretty packed and the teams played hard. What set everything apart for me was the mascot - Burnie is HILARIOUS. I sat fairly close, so I interacted with him a lot and he even teased me for wearing my Raptors jersey, even though it was Lowry haha. He dances, he's dramatic, he gets into so many personas - he was a hoot! I thoroughly enjoy his vibe and it made the experience all the more enriching, especially since I attended on my own. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting! It's a TIME!
