Jurassic tour was a huge waste of money and a scam

by Dhdifejenf on 3/19/18University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale

The advertisements were a lie. No giant dinosaurs, barely any dinosaur models at all. Mostly rides to make the company money. Terrible. Huge waste of money and just a straight up scam. WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

    So not worth it...

by ridehoggs on 3/14/18University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale

Okay, to start off let's just say that if i had to it all over again i would have rather poked myself in the eye with a hot poker. That's just how bad this event was. I can't believe that it cost that much money to see the worst exhibit of dino's in the world. If you really want to see them don't see their exhibit ever. That's just my opinion. Never again spend money on this show.

Total waste of money. Tickets were expensive. I was expecting “life size dinosaurs” which is what they advertised. Nope. The largest one stood nine feet tall. The dinosaur exhibits that moved, barely moved and they charged $5 to sit on each of them. The VR ride had six seats, three were broken and they charged $10 for it. The lines were super long and there was a TV in the back running a dinosaur documentary. Absolutely terrible. I was super surprised that the University of Phoenix sponsored such a poor event at their stadium.

Not worth the money as you have to pay to use the rides and there is not enough to entertain children.

    Ancient, old, old, OLD Dinosaurs!

by Nonnibarb on 3/13/18University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale

I would NEVER attend the Jurrasic Tour event again, nor recommend it to anyone. The dinosaurs themselves we're mediocre....looked like robotronics/technology from the 1980s! Other activities that were available were old, old, old and many didn't even work. There was a Velcro wall that did not stick at all. The Velcro suit was old and torn and didn't stick. Kids flung themselves at the wall and just bounced off. There was a Velcro target with large Velcro darts for kids to throw. Again, they were very old and the Velcro didn't stick, they just bounced off. There was little attempt to make the Dino's look like they were in a jungle....basically just sat on the cement floor with some tissue paper stretched on the floor that was supposed to look like plants. The tickets were outragiously priced for what was presented...$78 for just me and my grandson. They had rides that you had to pay extra for at $20 for 6 tickets. The rides were basically kid sized ATVs to ride, one set with no covers, another set with dino covers, and another set covered like an elephant and bird. But except for the coverings, the rides were all the same. And half of them did not work, or moved very, very slowly. This is the poorest event I ever attended at the stadium. They should not allow it back. It was like a very, very bad traveling carnival

    Nothing to see here

by Allstarpa on 3/13/18University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale

Disappointing. There were only a few types of dinosaurs but they had at least two or three identical to make the exhibit appear larger. If you get rid of the duplicate and triplicates it would be about 1/3 as big. There were a couple bounce houses which was the main attraction for all of the kids. Who wants to pay $25 per person (in addition the long drive for many) to take the kids to a bounce house? There were not many people there. I did not do my homework prior to going and paid dearly for it. I wish I had taken photos. There were no good photo opportunities but now I see I could have taken one photo and put it on the review to make sure anyone who reads it understands this show is not worth the price of admission.

    Very disappointed on dinosaurs

by Rebeccak123 on 3/13/18University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale

Dinosaurs were suppose to be walking around they weren't. The rides my son went on all they were doing was sitting there on top of dinosaurs while there heads moved, nothing else. Very disappointed in whole event not sure if we will return to anymore events definitely not returning to dinosaurs tours.

Expecting lots of dinosaurs, exciting and big dinosaurs, I counted 11 dinosaurs just sitting there. Have had more fun at a $7.00 movie.
