All customers with Will Call tickets are able to pick them up 1 hour prior to show time. A picture ID and confirmation number are required.
Plenty of on-site parking is available for a small fee.
Handicap accessible ramp (Box 8 & 14). One companion may accompany physically challenged patron.
No cameras of any kind, strollers, food, or toys may be brought into the event. Smoking is also prohibited at the event. There are concession stands that serve a variety of traditional circus items such as popcorn, peanuts, cotton candy, sno-cones, hot dogs and nachos.
Children 11 months and under are free on a parents lap. Discounted tickets for children ages 12 months-10 years are available for certain shows.
