    Outstanding!!

by Rachmanioff on 12/4/13Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at Florida State University - Tallahassee

Sally Struthers was a great Dolly. Surprised by her voice. She is no Barbara Streisand but her acting is impeccable. The comedic parts were done to a tee. Especially the scene in the restaurant. It brought down the house. The rest of the cast is to be commended for their acting, singing, and especially their dancing. A show stopper!!

    Not impressed

by BJayP on 12/4/13Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at Florida State University - Tallahassee

I looked forward to seeing Hello Dolly and Sally Struthers. However, though the costumes were great, the show lacked energy and the sound was very soft. Sally had some wonderful moments in the show which reveals how talented she is. I enjoyed seeing her but would not go back to see this cast.

    Dolly was fabulous

by HunkaHunka on 12/3/13Drury Lane Theatre Oakbrook Terrace - Oakbrook Terrace

I almost did not go to see this based on some of the reviews I saw. That would have been a terrible mistake. The cast was sensational!! The other reviews that were less than favorable, are all about the cast that featured Sally Struthers- DON'T LET THIS KEEP YOU AWAY. We sat in the back of Drury Lane and the acoustics were better than I expected. My only disappointment was that they did not do some type of encore. I left the theater hungry for more. This is a must see.

Great musical, excellent voices and dancing. Sally was good, but her voice wasn't as good as the others with her. We really enjoyed every minute of it. choreography was superb!

Hello Dolly is iconic, but this production brings it to life. All roles were well cast, especially Dolly. Very enjoyable.

    Hello Dolly

Very poor performance by Struthers. Not where her talent lies. Ensemble saved the show. Have seen local talent that was much better. Definitely not worth the price

    Hello Dolly was amazing

by EasyPeasy on 11/21/13Greensboro Coliseum Complex - Greensboro

Sally Struthers and company were amazing. My eyes were glued to the stage when the waiters did the duck walk dance. I dont know why but I was mesmorized by the extremely tall young lady and her voice. I enjoyed all the props used in the musical.

    Hello Dolly

by LinnyB6 on 11/20/13Greensboro Coliseum Complex - Greensboro

I was totally excited and looking forward to seeing Hello Dolly with Sally Struthers. She's one of my favorites! However, I left the theater feeling somewhat disappointed. While the costumes and musical numbers were enjoyable enough, I felt that the level of expertise of the dancers was somewhat lacking, and that the energy level left something to be desired. If this were a local theatre group with local theatre group prices, I would have been totally satisfied, but felt that at these prices, I did not get my money's worth.

    Hello Dolly was enjoyable

by mem626 on 11/20/13Greensboro Coliseum Complex - Greensboro

Did not find the story line that exiting, the music wasn't that memorable, and Sally Struthers was not a very strong lead.

Just what the doctor ordered on a rainy, gloomy day! We smiled and tapped our toes and hummed all the wonderful songs throughout the performance. The cast was outstanding, talented and professional.
