Greenville is a great place to visit for a few days and the Swamp Rabbits are a part of the fun! I love the parks, the restaraunts, the comic book store and the museums, but I love the hockey games!
I was a season ticket holder for many years. But everything about this team, and don’t get me wrong because I love hockey, is to see just how much money they can rob you of. Starts with parking, ticket prices are double what should be, and then concession prices just piles on with everything else. I was in business for 35 years and why the management doesn’t understand if he lowered prices and filled the arena, then everything could lower prices since you have double the attendance to deal with. Plus, add in the fact that the product on the ice is most years mediocre at best, you need to do something to entice the public to attend. Like I said, I was a season ticket holder for years, but finally gave up because things never get any better, only more expensive. But after spending around $5000/year after tickets, concessions, and parking, I mean how smart do you have to be to realize you can have more fun spending that money toward something else. If the policy ever changes with this team, I might consider returning. If everyone that purchases season tickets ever sits down and evaluates what they’re spending, attendance will be too small to sustain the team. THEN, and only THEN, will you see prices come down to equal the product on the ice !!!!
This game was no better than the one I seen before this. Swamp Rabbits dont play good, the only good thing about it was Nascar night.
Being 4th annual event, you would think things would progressively get better. Not really. 3 hour drive to an unorganized event. Thank goodness hockey game was exciting.
The Swamp Rabbits provide an excellent show on and off the ice !! Super talented team hopefully they continue to get better and are firing on all cylinders for the playoffs !!
Game experience is good but ticket prices are too high for minor league hockey.
Absolutely amazing time and environment. The in game and in between period entertainment and performances were fantastic. It kept our group engaged and entertained. Great job and looking forward to doing it again soon

The game was very exciting full of action. I really enjoyed the game.
Hockey is easy to appreciate, fun to watch. Venue had good prices for food and drinks for venue stantards. I believe a tall beer war 14-15 ish and the smaller one was 10. Didnt look like you could purchase a bad seat. Parking was 10$ cash, right beside the stadium, and looked like it was going to be a night mare leaving, but the garage flushed out within 10 minutes. 10/10 would swamp rabbit again
Sound system was terrible. Couldn't understand a word said during the entire hockey game! Neither could anyone around me. Loud, distorted, horrible. Either the accoustics neéds an upgrade or you need to get rid of how's controlling it. Absolutely loud and annoying! I would never consider going to any concert there. Accoustics are horrible!!!!?!
Everyone was hospitable and easy to interact with! The team were very interactive and knowledgeable as well! Staffing for the arena were the same as well and willing to direct and talk with fans!
Was a great game, not too expensive to have a fun night out
My husband and teenage son and I went and had an awesome time. There was so much action we couldn’t look away for a moment because we didn’t want to miss anything.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of my very first hockey game ever! I already can’t wait for the start of the next season. I will definitely attend future games.

The venue is nice but we won’t be returning because the prices are outlandish. Seems every vendor there is price gauging. Way to expensive for concessions.
Sat 3 rows up and got to see all the action. Fantastic play almost as good as a NHL live game but for cheap! Glad the price is affordable for families to go. We even brought a couple of my kids friends.
My son and I went and our seats were great! Easy entrance and concessions were extremely convenient. The toddler crawl was so fun to watch. My first experience at a hockey game. We will definitely be back
