great show. all the performers were energetic and had great sets. it started an hour late but the wait was worth it.
One of the best concerts I have ever been to! Danny is an amazing performer. The songs sound even better live.
I never miss a chance to see Danny Brown, even if it means driving from South Florida up to Atlanta! I was a little confused when I first got to the venue because there were multiple shows going on but once I got to the right floor I took in how cool the venue was. The lighting and architecture were really cool and gave the show a different feel than I was used to. As I was hoping the stage/room were small, offering a more intimate concert experience. Zeloopers put on an amazing opening act, and even though I don't like Maxo Kream I think he did a good job and a lot of the people were really hyped up. Danny Brown's set always speaks for itself and I had a lot of fun. Definitely would consider coming back here if I ever have the money and time for a good show!
Danny is a great performer and raps like no one else out there.
I saw Danny in Atlanta's Masquerade. It was a pretty shady joint but the concert was fantastic. Lots of energy, pretty good lighting and it was LOUD. The crowd was really into it as well. Only thing that bothered me was how much time was wasted. Doors opened at 7, zelooperz came out around 8:30, maxo kream at 9:15 and Danny at 10. Great energy and the crowd loved it. Good song choices too.
Awesome venue. Awesome performers. Danny Brown puts on a great show and brings a lot of energy with him. Unfortunately there was no encore; I think the venue runs a tight time schedule. Maxo Kream and Zelooperz were both great openers, though I am sad their set wasn't a bit longer.
The crowd was smaller than I expected but anyone who was there was 100% there so the energy in the room was unreal. Danny Brown absolutely kills it with his stage presence and intensity.
One of the most consistently entertaining shows I've been to. Bodega Bamz was an amazing hypeman/opening act, i enjoyed him almost as much as Danny. Danny's live performance was pretty true to the actual album recordings, and even though it was frenetically paced, his set was pretty straight and to the point. there was very little crowd banter, and i was surprised by his focus and intensity onstage.
great show. Danny Brown is Great. His whole crew hung out and took pics etc. just a great time. took my wife for bday.
venue was awesome, small but perfect for my taste and the show, Danny was all i hoped for and more
Danny Brown does it again! This was the second Danny Brown show i've attended, again I was not disappointed. Dude kills it everytime. My only complaint would be the young crowd due to the all ages show. 18 plus would have better.
My review title is labeled OLD not because of the name of Danny Browns new album, but because I am old. I have been listening to hip hop for 30 years now and have been to many shows over the years. I can honestly say this one ranks up in the top 5 of all time for me. The crowd was into it and Danny was on point throughout the entire show. I can't wait for the next one.
The two groups supporting Danny were hype as hell and kept the club amped all throughout the night. Danny came out with his own hype man and excelled and performing while looking cool and relaxed. Great show.
The first two openers were alright. The crowd was pretty young and once the show got started, very drunkenly rowdy towards the front. I'm used to that kind of thing but there were a lot of bigger guys who were making it dangerous and security didn't seem to bother. Otherwise I loved seeing Danny Brown so close and he had great energy on stage. I'd highly recommend seeing him. The staff at the venue was great and the bar was priced well as was coat check.
From start to finish, this show was amazing. Zelooperz? Lit. Made me an instant fan. Bodega Bamz? Lit. Made someone who isn't a fan bob my head and get wild. The added bonus of Flatbush Zombies getting brought out was unexpected, but amazing. Danny Brown? Absolutely lit. He had the whole crowd going wild for his entire set. I was half expecting a mosh pit to form in between the various stage dives which occurred periodically throughout the show. I left the show physically and mentally exhausted and I'd do it all again. I'll definitely be attending the next show Danny Brown performs at whenever he comes through to NYC again.
Danny really gets the crowd going. His newer songs are made for the party/club environment. My one wish is that he would have played a longer set. He did just over an hour, but his volume of work has well over 100-150 tracks, so he could have pulled out some deeper cuts.
Its was great. He made the crowd go crazy and played his best songs
DANNY BROWN IS AMAZING AND SO WAS THIS CONCERT IM SO GLAD I BLIGHT TICKETS THE PLACE WAS GREAT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE SHOW WAS GREAT SHOUTOUT TO SKYWLKR!!!! I LOVE YOOU DANNY BROWN
The DJ was so amazing, but Danny wasn't excited for the show.
Can't say I'm a huge fan of Danny Brown, but I love going to concerts. Danny's performance was only about 45 mins. And there was no encore! Didn't play many of his hit songs.
