What are the box office phone numbers?
The box office is available on 0161 839 9595. Please use this number for any enquiries about access to the venue, dining options, reserved seating, group bookings and private hire. Or you can email Manchester@thecomedystore.uk. .
When is the box office open?
Our box office is open from 12 noon till late Monday - Sunday. Subject to availability, on the night sales can also be made at the venue. We offer concession discounts to some shows, subject to availability, discounts range from 30-50%. Concessions are offered to OAP’s, students, NHS staff, school staff, emergency workers, military and disabled customers.
What payment types are accepted?
Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Switch, Cheque, Cash.Booking: All tickets are available for advance sale. No tickets are held back for sale on the door on the night. The venue has exactly the same availability as Ticketmaster and sell from the same system. Tickets booked at the venue do not incur a service charge.
What are the will call rules?
Collect on the day of the show from 18:30 onwards. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number with you. Early collection is recommended if a group wishes to sit together.
What are the parking options at Comedy Store Manchester?
There is the G-Mex NCP to the rear of the venue and parking meters to the front. ( Single yellow lines are free after 18.00)
Is there accessible seating?
Access for the disabled is at street level, and there is a lift and toilet facilities for their use.
