Is always a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with my son, watching the wolves play hockey I do have one suggestion, and or complaint be at a light complaint reset in the second balcony at the Allstate Arena and we noticed the concession stands were not open up there would be better if they were opened so you donât have to travel down level to get whatever you want but otherwise we had a great time. Thank you.
The game was excellent, but it took us 45+minutes to enter the Allstate arena from the North a mile away. Local traffic and some bad behavior as lines merged played a part. We missed half of the first period and the opening as a result. Would be nice if there was an effort to streamline and mediate a bit better
10 times better then a blackhawks game. Tickets are dirt cheap, can get amazing seats for a really good price. Team Intro is amazing. Friendly staff, parking is way better than at the United Center. The only bad thing I will list is the amount of kids due to how cheap the tickets are. Kids donât know how to act these days so that can be annoying at wolves games. Drinks, food, merchandise & parking is cheaper at Allstate arena versus at the United center. Anyone thatâs remotely interested in hockey or experiencing something new should really go to a wolves game. Just fyi itâs card only for food, drinks & merchandise. Parking is $15 cash only.
Star Wars night and adopt a pet night was terrific side for great hockey action.
My buddy and I attended this game for some affordable fun. We did not realize it was Star Wars night, and it made for fun people watching. I was shocked that the parking was only $15. Every seat is a good seat. We sat in the 200 level on the aisle, not too far from center ice. The venue is old enough that some of the rows are very long. Be careful choosing seats if you care about having to crawl over 20 people to get in and out of your row. They've done a nice job of keeping Allstate Arena (Rosemont Horizon) in good shape. Bathrooms were fine. I wish more vending was open on the 2nd level, but I get it. I probably won't be attending another AHL game for a few years unless I have young kids to take. I'm glad we went.
It was Star Wars night, so I enjoyed that. The Wolves won so we left happy.
We went to a game on Sunday during family day. Took my husband for his birthday with our two older sons, the ambiance was alive and loud which I love, we eat Connieâs pizza, hot dogs and popcorn, the souvenir cups are sturdy, worth buying, we sat balcony row âAâ which did have cup holders (which big deal to me), Leg room was limited in at front row & chairs are tight but got used of it afterwards. Restrooms are clean, the whole stadium was clean, the view was great, and loved the indoor fireworks! They were loud! The crowd was kind & friendly, tons of kids around (it was family night) which I donât mind, I actually felt that the crowds of children made the experience fun. I highly recommend everyone tries to go to Wolves game at least once even if you donât understand hockey.
Great time was had. Wolves lost bad (0-5) but we had a positive experience because the atmosphere was fun, ticket prices are affordable and easy to obtain for a family outing, parking is plentiful and surprisingly budget friendly. Concessions are as expensive as anywhere else but because of the affordable tickets and parking we did not feel overstretched. Recommended.
Wolves games are a blast. The pre-game show, skates, etc. It was super hero night and salute to caregivers. Our group was in section 216, and our view of the ice was fantastic!
Good crowd at the game and all the lines for food and drink were very long. Waited all intermission to get a slice of pizza. Didnât have time to wait in another line.
There's so much going on before and during the game, makes for an enjoyable and entertaining experience. This particular game was a lost. The players did way too much passing back n forth to each other. Not enough shooting towards the net. The result of this game was zero score.
The arenas vibe and feel all night was absolutely amazing. We continuously said that we needed to come back to a Wolves game, and we already purchased our tickets for our next game!!!
Very nice atmosphere. Good level of hockey. Not very expensive tickets, parking and everything you would like to buy inside.đ
From the opening where their are fireworks and fire as the players come out to an amazing overtime game. Everything in between was fantastic
Our first hockey on ice game! Really nice feeling and crowd. The ticket experience was also good, easy and well managed through website/wallet.
This is the third time I have taken my grandson who lives downstate Illinois to a Wolves game over the years. Each time, no matter the outcome of the game, we have both had a very good time. I know we will go again when he is up here during hockey season.
The Wolves put on an entertaining show. The arena is ancient and flat out sucks in many ways, including sight lines, no escalators to upper level and bizarre acoustics due to the unorthodox ceiling. Itâs not the worst minor league hockey arena, but it is in dire need of renovation or replacement.
the wolves really have created a family friendly experience and a great atmosphere and the players are all in we had a fantastic time the game was intense and thrilling to watch
Me my daughter and granddaughter go to a few games every year and love the experience. Great fun to break up dull winter..
