This was such a fun and fantastic show! These guys are charismatic, hilarious, and extremely talented musicians, excellent at their craft. They won't be touring again :(, but if you ever have a chance to see either of them live, do it! And if they ever perform together again, don't miss it! Thanks for a great show, L & S!
I had such an amazing time at this concert. 2cellos put in such a great show that was full of energy. Their stage presence and getting the crowd involved was great. I am so sad this was their final Tour.
It was just getting used to using credit over cash, but overall it was great!
Watching and listening to 2Cellos last was an incredible experience. The talent that these 2 gentlemen have is incredible. You can hear the passion in their music! whata performance! They truly love what they are doing.
I brought my kids (9 & 11) and my dad, and all of us had a great time. We discovered 2cellos via youtube and love their music videos with elaborate costumes and themes. Their live show had everything! They are incredibly talented, playing with passion and technical skill. They were also great showmen, engaging the crowd, being silly and fun, and had everyone laughing and cheering. Their music lineup was great - starting slow, getting really amped up, and bringing us back down at the end. Played lots of encores. The guest drummer and pyrotechnics on their classic rock song arrangements was SO fun! And I loved the visuals being projected, especially the close up views of their fingers and bows on their instruments as they played, really put you into the music being able to see that level of detail despite being in a big venue. We would totally see them again.
There is only one way to describe the 2 Cellos, the best show I have ever seen! They are so talented, engaging with the audience, and very entertaining. The special effects were awesome! The music selection was perfect in every way. The VIP Meet and Greet tickets were worth every penny! Meeting these young men was a pleasure so sweet and personable. Glad we were able to see them and meet them in person! They did not disappoint in any way
This was my first time seeing 2Cellos live. Have seen some YouTube videos, and some are pretty cool. But live this wasn't really my cup of tea. A lot of the music sounded like elevator music versions of rock tunes. And the visuals started to get pretty silly. The guys have this weird "I'm so sexy, right ladies?" vibe that I frankly found a little uncomfortable. Almost gross. Much of the crowd seemed to like it, though, so to each his own. I had just hoped for something a bit more edgy musically, and less "cheese" in the performance of it. Lesson learned!
My Wife and I had a great time she said it was the best birthday thank you Guys for a great evening
Great concert! Really impressed by the venue. Light show and music were stellar. Definitely recommend!
Warm up band Was mediocre. 2Cellos need a bit more breadth- their posturing got old quickly. Could use a bit more musical range. Covers are fine, but would be nice to hear a bit more range and original pieces.
The Hollywood Bowl always provides a great experience due to the venue. We were seated to see parts of the âHollywoodâ sign (the upper half of the âHâ). The bowl was reasonably filled and some of the audience was excited to see the performers again after a break the previous years. The 2cellos performed covers of most popular songs across the 70s (âi canât get noâ), 80, and 90s (like Nirvanaâs âSmells like team spiritâ) and newer covers. Attending to all but the oldest generations seems to warrant their massive success. The music was good enough to bring back the memories of those iconic classics performed and was complemented by a captivating video and light show. I think, the video editors were doing a great job, especially for us sitting high up on the hill. It was meant to be their last concert in LA as the duoâs path separates after this last tour. I was reminded how annoying the aging white Hollywood Bowl shuttle buses are. I was thinking that probably all of those cover songs were each at some point in time performed by their original performers at this magnificent place. The opening gig was by Matt Simons, a songwriter that is (not) well known for touring European pubs and performed a few songs which sounded like covers of more recent hit songs in his rather short and strenuous show. I was happy not to be in his place. At least he got to play in the Hollywood Bowl once. Which musician would not dream of that?
The artists made our experience so memorable. My 7 year old son was mesmerized by their performance and meet and greet. Magical night.
They played all the rock songs with the classical instrument cello. Innovative
They put on a great show. Well done. They cover a wide range of classic rock. Big sound for just two guys playing cello and a drummer.
A great performance. The music was soft and beautiful and then the vibrations raised as they strummed with more intensity as the songs melody changed. The songs choices were awesome. Nearly all were on their feet rocking and cheering from young to old! Alleluia song was so beautiful with everyoneâs lights on! It was my first time seeing them at a venue and I sure hope that they will decide to come back one day. Great sound and beautiful location! Love this place.
Entertaining; powerful music; charming and very skilled artists.
Tremendous evening Some of the best performances weâve seen. Hope they return.
Wonderful.the two Cellos must be back, we needs more concerts like this
This concert was AMAZING. Such a cool experience. These guys play such beautiful music...wish it could've gone all night.
