All the artists were good. Became a huge fan of Jelly Roll and appreciate his performance. Doechii is going to be a superstar. Had a great time

I was so impressed by the rotating stage that made the turnover of artists so quick. Every artist delivered and ended with a bang with Pitbull. As long as they continue to bring fun/popular artists I plan to go again next year!

everyone sounded wonderful on stage. it was an amazing experience!!!

You guys have it down to a science with the switching of bands and the timing of the event. The acts were solid and so was the venue.

This is an annual Tradition for us...LOVE IT The various artists make it the best show of the year.

The show itself was great but the crowds were very chaotic. People were standing in the way of the aisles and staff didn’t say anything to them.

The concert details lighting and music was perfect. The live music was absolutely amazing! To the back up dancers to the artists that were there that night we’re all perfect! The hosts and vendors were also amazing. Since it was during the holidays they handed out free items. It was nothing but a good time!

Was a great show overall, but one of the artists cancelled the day of which was a bummer as I have been trying to see them since before covid. We also ran into people in our seats when we arrived that became quite the ordeal. Who would have guessed finding and sitting in your correct seat would be so difficult for some people.

Took my disabled daughter to jingle ball and her experience was amazing..she screamed..cried..never stopped singing! Fred was adorable as usual..pitbull rocked it! Wasn't a bad performance all night!

Great artist it was super cool with the rotating stage so there wasn’t much of a way between artists. I love the quickset, so you see the top three songs from each artist giving you really the best of both worlds.

The concert and lineup was amazing. It was my daughters first ever concert. HOWEVER, the seats were awful. Thought I would get great seats since I bought them the first day they went for sale. It showed we were on the upper level...2nd row...on the edge of the stage. Our seats were behind the stage. We got to see how the stage crew worked at setting up for each act. Didn't get to see a single performer face on. Nice to watch it on a tv.

I brought my daughters and granddaughter to the Jingle Ball. We all had a great time. The artists really showed out. The only complaint I had was I had brought cash to purchase food and souvenirs, but none of the vendors accepted cash, it was credit cards only. That is something that should have been on the ticket because I was very upset since I had taken the cash out of my account for this event. Other than that, the concert was amazing.

Man all they got was singers that were only there because one song was popular on tictok. But it's okay Pitbull made it up for it.

Get rid of those light up sticks, they cause more problems with people hitting others.

Sound system is horrible It was so hard to really hear them sing bc the system is so bad. I don’t like going to concerts at Allstate arena

I love everything. The concert was amazing. Pitbull did his thing. Macklemore was fantastic. Got to see who made some of the other songs that I listen to from time to time. I think most of the artists did a wonderful job.
