Young Dylan is a rapper from Annapolis, Maryland. Born Dylan Gilmer, the teenage hip-hop artist is also the star of the Nickelodeon kids’ sitcom Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, which follows his fictional creative journey and has featured guest appearances by the likes of DJ Khaled, Chance The Rapper, producer Pi’erre Bourne and more. Releasing music since 2017, Young Dylan’s first EP, Chosen, was released in 2023. By the end of that year, the rising talent had also dropped the one-off single “I Just Wanna” and Grinch-themed holiday track “It’s That Time of Year.”
