I arrived after the time that they were supposed to open and they weren't even letting people in! After I was finally let in there was one shitty band playing and a party tent with one person. I hung out for a couple minutes expecting the event to take place inside and then it struck me that it was an outside event. There were more security guards than people attending. It SUCKED so much I will never give the Norfolk Scope a cent of my money ever again. Also management refused to give me a refund.
