Trans-Siberian Orchestra On Tour

The holidays rock a whole lot harder than they ever have thanks to Trans-Siberian Orchestra. By infusing seasonal classics with rock flamboyance, a symphonic sense of scope, and an eye-popping visual presentation complete with lasers and pyrotechnics, what began as a side project for a veteran group of American hard rockers has grown into one of today's top-selling acts, with over 10 million concert tickets sold since 1999.

Now, to celebrate the band's 20th year on the road, Trans-Siberian Orchestra is mounting an all-new production of the show that first turned them into an arena-rock phenomenon. First performed in 1999 and recorded for a TV special – which became just as much of a holiday staple as ‘The Sound of Music' – ‘The Ghosts of Christmas Eve' was conceived by Paul O'Neill, TSO's original mastermind. A veteran producer for acts like Aerosmith and Savatage, O'Neill was inspired by the rock operas of The Who and the grandly theatrical concerts of Pink Floyd to create something that was even more spectacular. Together with Savatage members Jon Oliva, Bob Kinkel, and Al Pitrelli, O'Neill developed a unique project that married the spirit of the season with all the exhilarating sounds, operatic grandeur, and visual bravura that fans had come to expect of rock gods. After the massive success of TSO's first two albums, ‘Christmas Eve and Other Stories' and ‘The Christmas Attic,' O'Neill and his team took it on the road (and TV screens) with similarly blockbuster results.

Though TSO's repertoire would extend far beyond holiday songs to encompass the greats of classical music on ‘Beethoven's Last Night' and O'Neill's own original rock operas like ‘Night Castle,' their thrilling and highly singular take on seasonal music remains their trademark. Tragically, O'Neill's passing in 2017 robbed the music world of a true visionary. But his team of friends and collaborators in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra honor his legacy with a new production of ‘The Ghosts of Christmas Past' that both preserves and revitalizes a landmark merger of music, theatrics, storytelling, and seasonal cheer that yielded an international phenomenon.

  • Fantastic show

by Dimo on 12/2/25DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

TSO always puts on an incredible performance. It’s been our family's Christmas tradition for over 20 years Took my 12 year old grandson for the first time and he was blown away! It was worth every penny to see the expression on his face My only complaint is the venue. I am challenged on stairs. we were in section 123 row B. The first half of the stairs had no railing which proved very difficult for me, thankfully my grandson was able to help. When we were leaving I noticed that the bottom half had a railing so my thought was to walk down to the floor seats and exit there. Only, once we got to the bottom I was told there was no exit from the floor and I had to go back up the stairs! I seriously almost cried. One of the ushers was kind enough to help me get all the way back up to the top which was no easy task. There really needs to have some major adjustments for people with disabilities. There was another gentleman there whom I saw was also having trouble on the stairs as he had a walker which obviously they could not let him bring that down the stairs This will be a deciding factor for me if I choose to see an event at the DCU again You need to be more ADA compliant

  • Great Show, but seating dreadful

by SuzyQ on 12/2/25DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

The show itself was great! The seating is a whole different issue. I chose the cheap seats which meant sitting in the nose bleed section. My biggest beef and concern was the narrow and steep stairs which offered no railings at all, and nothing to really hold on to. I watched countless individuals practically having to get on to their knees to grab hold of edge seats to steady themselves. I'm deathly afraid of heights, and had to leave before the show was over, because I was feeling very anxious about descending stairs while being all stacked heel to heel with others. How no one has been seriously injured is beyond me! This is a huge liability for this facility. Other than that, the show was great!

  • What Happened To T.S.O.

by KK on 12/2/25DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 1 out of 5

I have been to see T.S.O. 5 times but I missed last years tour. But was determined to see them this year. In the past I enjoyed all there shows. But this year for some strange reason, I really thought it had turned into a Christian Rock Band with hair tossing and rehearsed stage performances! I mean I know it’s rehearsed and all but I found it extremely fake, and boring! Yes the theatricals, pyrotechnics, laser and light show was still spot on but I was sitting pretty close to the side stage to notice half the musicians weren’t even really playing any of the music. It looked like they were faking it! Specially the bass player. Who kept blowing us kisses and flipping his hair around like he was some sorta Fabio wanna be! Anyways I won’t be going back to see them anymore. What a shame

  • A Truly Amazing Experience

by Scott on 12/2/25Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

This will have been my 16th time to see TSO in the 31 years they've been touring. Every opportunity has been amazing, and the "pink floyd'esque"stage effects are awesome. And though the talent of the group cannot be matched have to give a shout out to Asha and that incredible violin playing.

  • Fabulous Show

by Suzi on 12/2/25DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

It is a great way to spend a Saturday evening!!! We all loved every minute of it! Getting to our seats was difficult because of the incline and coming down was worse. However, next time I’ll be more careful. It was fun! Then we went out to dinner which was more fun!! I would recommend to everyone to go at least once in your life!

  • UNBELIEVABLE....AGAIN!

by Trans-Siberian Orchestra Repeat Offender on 12/2/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

The Ghosts of Christmas Eve story refreshed, best light show yet. 2nd half of the show just as impressive with new music added this year.

  • Amazing Show ALWAYS!

We have been going for a number of years now and the show is always great. It is our first start into the Holiday season. The musicians and dancers/singers are incredible.
