First time, but not the last
Got to see the band as an opening act for Duran Duran. As the opening act, very short set, but they got in a few of their hits. They sounded amazing and we cannot wait to see a full set next time they come through Michigan.

GIVE ME THE FUTURE
These guys are the bomb. My favorite band. Seen Bastille live at festivals twice and they absolutely steal the show. Their stage presence and ability to connect with the audience is amazing. Never heard a band sound this good live. Dan might tell you his dancing is awful but we all know he’s just way too modest!

My favorite band, Bastille <3
GLC Live at 20 Monroe - Grand Rapids
Bastille is always such a treat to see, I've been seeing them live since 2014. I can positively say they're easily my favorite band, hands down! Defintely recommend venturing out to see them if you can, you won't regret it! Their recorded music is amazing and yet incredibly they're even better live! The passion and dedication they have is wonderful to see right in front of your eyes. All love for Bastille, cheers!

Noice!
GLC Live at 20 Monroe - Grand Rapids
First time seeing the band live, they were great. My only complaint is that the venue itself was kind of confusing on what to do with fast pass and when it came time to go inside everyone crowding so close together was a bit much being on the smaller side

Bastille is full of energy and talent
GLC Live at 20 Monroe - Grand Rapids
Bastille packs a show with an energetic set list, including fresh takes on old songs. The audience is drawn into the show through clapping, dancing, and other audience participation. Bastille also offers amazing and rare audience interaction, communicating between songs with stories and thoughts you wouldn’t otherwise hear. Their talent speaks volumes and each show is a blast.

Excellent Venue with Great Band
GLC Live at 20 Monroe - Grand Rapids
The venue at GLC 20 is always amazing. Bastille wasn't officially touring so it was great to just hear them be creative. Great experience, Bastille engaged and created a once in a lifetime experience. They even let a fan drum the song Pompeii and the fan knocked it out of the park!!

BASTILLE IN CONCERT:
Fans lucky enough to catch Bastille on their 2013/14 world tour can count their lucky stars —as one of the fastest rising groups in British music, the band's days of performing in smaller venues are certainly numbered. Boasting good looks and a winning blend of indie rock, hip hop, and synthpop, the four chaps from London have a knack for connecting with audiences at their carousing live concerts, entering the crowd to mingle with adoring fans and pose for the occasional mid-set photo op. With a string of highly anticipated US tour dates and a Coachella appearance in 2014, Bastille are well on their way to storming the American mainstream.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Bastille formed around the solo project of singer-songwriter Dan Smith, who shares his birthday with France's historic Bastille Day. The band's 2010 debut single "Flaws" was an underground hit, leading to a 2012 deal with Virgin records that resulted in the band's 2013 debut LP Bad Blood. The album peaked at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart and spawned six singles, including the international No. 1 "Pompeii." A reissue and remix version of the album in late 2013 drummed up anticipation for the band's 2014 world tour.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"The energy was incredible and the crowd and venue great. Dan came out into the crowd during his signature Flaws performance which was truly an experience."
"Bastille is amazing live! Dan is a true talent and mastermind! Kyle killed it on keyboard, Woody was awesome on drums, and Will rocked on the bass."
"The whole band rocked the house and performed all of their best songs off of their album Bad Blood in front of a sold out crowd who was jamming and singing along."
