Well run show
Fox Theater - Oakland - Oakland
The staff did a great job with checking in phones and keeping the crowd flowing and having a good time. Great venue and we’re looking forward to another event at The Fox. Could have been a little longer, didn’t start on time (half hour past 7) and could have gone a bit longer before the 10pm show. Would have gotten that extra star

Quick entry, everyone was vaxxed, easy access to the bar. Solid opening acts and a great performance from Che!

Che: Awesome as Usual
Fox Theater - Oakland - Oakland
Che was in good form comedically, a little more subdued physically…which is saying a lot because he’s a pretty mellow guy as it is. It seemed like he threw his back out or something (stayed seated for the show), but with his style of comedy, it worked! Very funny bits (no spoilers in this review), and the closing material was fantastic and poignant. I just love him. Always worth the money. Can’t wait for this special to come out!

show was great but staff not so much
Fox Theater - Oakland - Oakland
The person checking vaccine cards held up my partner for so long while most of the line got in because they “needed more proof than that” when she had her valid ID and her vaccine card in hand. Another staff walked over and told her to just go through once she saw me asking about why she’s being held up. It wasn’t fair and a bit frustrating and I just wish there was more communication and explanation when the staff was asking for more proof. The show was amazing though! thank you!

Everything was sublime! From the parking that came with the 1924 lounge tickets, to the openers, the spectacular venue, and most of all Che’s spectacular performance.

Here is your reason to go out.
Tabernacle - Atlanta
Quick housekeeping notes. Although advertised as Health Checked, no one asked for or checked vaccination cards. Oopsie. I wish seating had more space between guests. Both my seat neighbors were touching me and everyone else. Having said that, this show was GREAT. Ché is such a gifted storyteller. Cerebral and fearless. His emcee was also very funny. One suggestion please make names for openers visibly available. I would like to check them out. With phones locked up, no ability to search in the moment. back to Ché - - he took his time to share everything he was chewing on. Even the way he handled hecklers was exceptionally controlled and thoughtful. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to know what they were thinking and respond in real time. He is a comic great and I am happy he has his own outlet beyond the constraints of SNL & NBC. Can't wait to see him again. Bravo!

Not worth it.
Really excitedly bought tickets for a friend and i to see him live as a bday present to the friend. Che ended up doing like 30 min of prepared material before scrolling through his phone to try and come up with more to say on stage. Real let down. Those saying they’ll just watch him on snl are right.

Worth it!
Pantages Theatre - Minneapolis
Venue was quite nice! Hardly a bad seat in the house. Mr. Che did not disappoint! There were spots that were a little slow, but definitely funny!
