Debarge was great and so was Chaka khan. Frankie Beverly was struggling to sing in my opinion.
Great time dancing and celebrating Frankie Beverly in his final Atlanta performance.
This concert was historical, a "were you their moment."From the beginning act to the main event, this concert was the perfect send-off for one of the best whoever did it. The incomparable Frankie Beverly.
All that I anticipated and that frankie Beverly remained so humble.
It was a wonderful experience for me being that was my first concert, I ever been to I was super excited.. I am glad I showed up. I am ready for my next concert.
The concert was great! The performances were awesome ! However there were a few times the audio wasn’t that good, the band was louder than the vocalist for both El Debarge and Maze. The food choices are basic, need to get more independent restaurants inside State Farm Arena.
This concert was so touching to me, my heart was so full. He song and his voice has been gone but he went out like a champ. I just love him and he was the BOOM
Great show sorry to see him retire. Been following him for over 50 years.
To whomever, this was one THE BEST CONCERT attended in Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Inspite of the inclement weather. The beautiful and professional spirit of State Farm Entrance Gate attendees, Ticket Scanner assistants, Bartenders and Ushers was 1000% Outstanding. Keep up the Good Work State Farm Arena.
Amazing energy. I wish you well on your retirement!
Great show, good to see El Debarge for the first time, a second time seeing Chaka Khan as well as Frankie Beverly. The only thing that could have been improved is the microphone sound check for Frankie’s performance. Outside of that though, the crowd had a wonderful time, my seats were on the floor just a few rows back from the stage which pleased me so much.
This was the best show ever. It's hard to believe I won't be seeing Frsnkie perform again. I might try to catch another show somewhere else before the tour ends.
The night was rainy but the music was awesome and relaxing
We really enjoyed the concert: El DeBarge, Chaka Khan & the great Frankie Beverly & Maze were awesome. They all did an excellent job and the comedian was great too. It was a real live party.....the best ever! However, the seats were ok but State Farm needs to give more leg room in Section 220 Row A....our legs are still hurting from being cramped up. The seating map is not the best. I even called State Farm and asked what would be good seats for someone who has had knee surgery and does not need to climb a flight of stairs or be cramped up and I was told Section 220 Row A is perfect. Well needless to say we had to walk down a flight of stairs and walk back up a flight of stairs with cramped legs. Usually we are seated in Section 109 but there were no seats in that section when we purchased the ticket. Overall the performers were great just an issue with the seating.
The concert was more than I expected and the Ticketmaster’s agent was a real hero in the 11th hour.
Man, when I say I enjoy Frankie as always. I know he doesn’t sound like old Frankie but baby he didn’t miss a beat. I Love that man so! He know needs his star on the walk of fame.
Frankie Beverley has aged, but he deserves to receive his flowers while he can still smell them. The concert was a great Farewell!
The entire show was nothing short of amazing. It was sad to see Frankie, as it was clear that he isn't well, however, the stadium was packed, literally to the rafters, as people paid homage to the great Frankie Beverly. The audience participation and host made the show a great experience. In spite of his current health challenges, he performed for an entire hour, and Chaka and El were great as well. It was a great time had by all. I wish Frankie the very best. Also, it was great that they came on stage and gave him his flowers!
The concert was nice, seeing the artist was great. The seating was very tight and uncomfortable upstairs
The concert was great. Had a blast. However, $60 for the terrible parking set up in the Ruby lot was a complete nightmare. I'm owed a refund. For those that arrived early, they blocked off most of the parking and forced us park on the other side of the railroad tracks, only for us to see after the concert was over that the eventually opened it for those that arrived much later. We were penalized for being early. Complete nightmare getting out of the lot. Definitely put a damper on the concert experience.
