    Disney Road Show

    by MickeyFan03 on 11/29/10Wings Stadium - Kalamazoo

The show was great! It was suitable for children and adults of all ages. The only thing I wish that that the characters would have been available for a meet and greet after the show. However, my Godson was still completely mesmerized by the program. It was definitely worth every penny for the tickets!

    My Daughter Loved It!

by Sara1234 on 11/29/10US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

My daughter will be 3 in a month. Her bedtime was shortly after the beginning of the show so I was worried how she would handle staying up so late. The show kept her so entertained that it wasn't an issue. She loved seeing the characters come to life and spent most of the evening out of her seat dancing to the music. I would take her again tomorrow if the show came back to my area!

    Disney Live - GREAT!

by LoriKay12 on 11/29/10Mayo Civic Center Arena - Rochester

I took my grandkids, ages 5 and 3, and they loved it! The expressions on their faces as each character came out was priceless. My granddaughter loves Cinderella - grandson loves Buss Lightyear. The confetti at the end of the show was GREAT! I did not like all the "stuff" that was for sale - that's hard when the little ones want EVERYTHING that walks by them - I would leave the "stuff" outside during the show and at intermission.

    Disney Live

A commercialized production with average music and acting. Was nto an engaging production for my 5 yr old granddaugher-it was quite boring at times.

Disney Lives Mickey's Rockin' Road Show was great!

by Melissa37 on 11/29/10Mayo Civic Center Arena - Rochester

My three year old barely blinked the whole time we were there. They even entertained the kids prior to the show with some warm up exercises. It was great!!!!

The show was great!! 3 days later, my 2 year old will not stop talking about it. The only thing was, I paid for better seats (they ended up being on the right hand side of the stage) and we couldn't see 1/4 of the stage! We would have been better off sitting in the cheaper seats (higher up but directly in front of the stage). We should have been warned about this issue when ordering tickets in that area.

I wouldn't go back to this show. I've been to several of the Disney on Ice shows which are much better than this show was...

    Disney Fun

by TDL1 on 11/29/10US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

The show was great but our seats were off to the side on the risers on the floor and you could only see 1/3 of the screen. Without the red curtains on the side we would have been able to see the screen. Great show lots of music, dancing and the confetti at the end was a huge hit.

My 4 year old LOVED it!

by Anonymous on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

My family went to Disneyworld when our youngest was 2 years old. She is now 4 years old and totally loved the show. Having Cinderella in the show was the top item on her list of favorites! I would love to see more Disney productions in our area.

    Rockin'Road Show was a disappointment

by abstract2 on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

Loud, loud, loud!!! We expected to see more of Cinderella, who was featured in the local newspaper, not all the old time Disney characters, who just jumped around and sang. It certainly was not worth the nearly $100 I paid for the two seats. We chose not to purchase 'extras' at the inflated prices. Ten dollars for a beverage in a 'souvenier' cup?? What a rip-off. My child (6) was as disappointed as I was.

    a bit pricey

by badgerboy on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

If you've been to these shows, you know what you're getting- the initial excitement of seeing your favorite characters up on stage followed by the hope that they'll do something other than run around and sing songs you've never heard before. This show does feature the two best songs from Cinderella, and "You've got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story, which helps. A few decent effects with Mickey's bus, otherwise the production was pretty basic. No energy in the crowd didn't help either.

    Disappointing

by ShoppingQueen4Ever on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

I have been to Disney shows before and they were much nicer than this one. This one was very small and generic; however, the price of the tickets were the same as seeing one of the best Disney shows (the Disney on Ice show).

    mickey didnt rock

by kitesassyfrass on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

I was not impressed with this show. Elmo was a much better show. We left at intermission because the kids werent liking it. It was too much singing and not any interacting. . I would not pay to go to another one. I plan on calling and asking for a refund.

I thought the overall show was good...a few slower parts for the younger ones.

My 1 1/2 year old son loved it! He sat there the whole time watching it, which is good for him; he never sits still! I bought him a Mickey there, and he held onto it the entire time. Only negative thing I would say is that I didn't like how obvious it was that the people (not the ones in costumes) in the show were lip syncing. We were in the second row, so I could really tell. I know that it is necessary, and I'm sure the kids couldn't tell at all, but I would have like to see some more live action singing. Overall, we loved it, and I can't wait to take my son to his next show!!

    Good, but Elmo was better

by SnowFam2 on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

It was a good show but I wish they did the Hot Dog dance and that the characters came off the stage like the Elmo ones did.

    Great Time

by Jevin221 on 11/28/10La Crosse Center - Lacrosse

The show was great. My four year old loved the characters and was singing along with the songs, jumping up and down and have a great time. My only negative is that the concessions were a bit expensive, but all in all a great show.

Costumes were good, story and choreography were just OK. The stage props, and backdrop were poor. We had decent seats and our view of the backdrop screen was partially obstructed by the curtains.
