Great show introduction!
St. George Theatre - Staten Island
3 Grandsons attended, from 7 yrs. to 5. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful restoration of the theatre. The play held the boy’s interest, since it was not too long. Actors were head on with the movie. This is a step in the right direction if you plan on taking then to broadway shows in the near future. We all enjoyed the performance. Highly recommend for children.

The colors were so vibrant. The singing was spectacular. I was quite surprised how well it was all put together!

The Wizard of Oz
St. George Theatre - Staten Island
We wanted to do something fun for my autistic son’s birthday without traveling off of Staten Island. Picking this play was the perfect choice. We all loved it. The actors and actresses were great, as well as the costumes and scenery. The added bonus was to be in the beautiful St. George theater.

Worst play I’ve ever seen...
The Chicago Theatre - Chicago
I’ve been to many, many broadway plays from Wicked, Rent, Showboat, and Hamilton. This was the absolute worst play I’ve ever seen at such a high price point, $100 + tax/fees per seat (we sat about 8 rows from the stage in the CitiBank Preferred Seats). Several audience members were falling asleep, the main character Dorothy was too soft spoken, fragile, and unconvincing. The highlights were when Toto fell asleep on stage and then tried to escape toward the end of the play! The Wicked Witch of the West and the Lion were by far the best actors in the entire play. Save your money.

This historic venue is just absolutely gorgeous! The Wizard of OZ was a really great with everything from the performers to the stage and special effects. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of this production.

Just Okay
The Chicago Theatre - Chicago
I was a little disappointed. I took two of my granddaughters (aged 10 & 12) to see this play. It seemed to run a little slow. Some of the musical numbers ran too long & became boring. I don't think the high cost of the tickets reflected the quality of this production.

Good but could be better
The Chicago Theatre - Chicago
The acting was amazing, singing wonderful, but the Craft work could have been a bit more better, a bit silly.
