Directions:
From the downtown area - take I-30 East and exit at 2nd Avenue. Go east and curve to the right onto Robert B. Cullum Blvd. Follow the signs for Music Hall parking. Turn left into the Fair Grounds at Grand Ave. There will be attendants to direct you to parking. Note: There are signs on all of the streets surrounding Fair Park directing you to the Music Hall.
Parking:
During the summer, there is no fee unless you park across the street @ Parry between 1st and Grand Avenue. The lot is fenced , well lit and an attendant is on duty beginning 2 hrs before the show until 1 hour after the end of the event. The cost is $5.00. During the fair the cost is $12.00. When exiting on 2nd Avenue, veer to the left and enter the lot just before Parry. You will walk across the street and enter the Music Hall West entrance. During the State Fair of Texas (Sept. - Oct), there is a fee associated with all of the parking lots surrounding Fair Park. Remember: Parking is limited and subject to availability. Arrive early for best parking.
Public Transportation:
DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) provides service to the Fair Park area. Call DART for more information on routes and times.

The box office at the Music Hall opens 90 minutes prior to showtime.
Types of Payment Accepted:
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (must have a valid driver's license or state issued i.d. for all check and credit card transactions).
Will Call:
Phone orders may be picked up as early as 90 minutes prior to showtime at the far left windows of the box office in the main lobby.
During the State Fair of Texas (Sept. - Oct.) a special will call procedure will be in place. Your ticket to a Dallas Summer Musicals' event provides you admission to the State Fair as well. For those patrons who have will call tickets and wish to attend the Fair, you may enter the Music Hall through the west entrance, by the valet parking stand, located at Parry and 1st Avenues. This entrance is outside of the Fair grounds and is accessible without paying the Fair admission. An usher will be stationed at this door on event days from 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. The usher will have a list of will call patrons for that day's event(s) and will admit the patron to the box office to pick up their tickets at the will call window. Patrons may leave their car temporarily by the valet parking stand while claiming their tickets at will call, or they may park in one of the periphery lots. If they choose to leave their car temporarily, it must be moved within 10 minutes.
Accessible Seating:
The Music Hall at Fair Park does not operate a daily box office. Events are staffed on the day of event, 90 minutes prior to each performance (generally). Any ADA requests will be handled by the producer of the show.

Children Rules:
If a person occupies a seat, they require a ticket. There is no child discount. Dallas Summer Musical's general policy on children is: if they are walking, they require a ticket. Only babes in arms are admitted free. For events that are not part of the Dallas Summer Musicals, children under the age of 24 months are admitted free on parent's lap.
