Parking for guests with disabilities is located on level three (the exposed portion) of the parking garage adjacent to the Arena. Accessible parking available on a first come, first served basis. Event parking passes and state issued disabled parking permits are required to access these spaces. Accessible drop-off locations are located along the John Paul Jones Arena side of Massie Road between Emmet Street and Copeley Road. Convenient wheelchair access to John Paul Jones Arena is available at the Main Entrance (West Gate). Public elevators are located on the concourse adjacent to sections 101, 109, 301, and 309.

General Rules
Items NOT allowed:Backpacks, duffel bags, and other large bags are not allowed in John Paul Jones Arena. If you arrive with such an item, you will be requested to return the item to your vehicle.
Banners and signs may not be displayed during play of games or performances due to sightline restrictions.
No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted in John Paul Jones Arena.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
• Containers
• Umbrellas
• Weapons
• Audio recorders
• Items that can be thrown such as balls and frisbees
• Strollers (except umbellas strollers)
• Food
• Beverages
• Video cameras
• Artificial noisemakers
• Coolers
• Glass bottles
