Parking:

DCU Center parking garage (86 Central St., Worcester, MA 01608) is located at the corner of Major Taylor Blvd.(formerly Worcester Center Blvd.) and East Central St. The garage may be reached at (508)792-0314. Overnight parking is prohibited at the DCU Center's Parking Garage. Various garages and open air lots are close to venue. Prices range from $1.00 to $20.00.

The Box Office is open through the 1st half of the event on event days. It is located in the main lobby.

Tickets may be picked up two hours prior to event start time. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order, a photo I.D. and the confirmation number given at the time of purchase. Pick up tickets at the Will Call or Reservation window.

Children Rules:

For most family shows, kids under 2 years are admitted free but must sit on an adult's lap. Some exceptions may apply.

Miscellaneous:

For Your Safety: Guests attending DCU Center events are advised that bags, backpacks, knapsacks, coolers, parcels, and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the facility. All guests will be subjected to search, at the facility's discretion, of their person and/or possessions (including women's handbags of normal size which may be allowed entry after such search.) Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or "check-in area" will be provided for such items. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
