Due to construction and possible detours the following directions are subject to change without notice.

FROM THE NORTH:
Take the Mass Pike or the Tobin Bridge to either Storrow Drive or Memorial Drive.

From Storrow- Take the Kenmore Square exit. Take a left onto Commonwealth Ave. and a right onto Mass. Ave.

From Memorial- Take the Mass. Ave Bridge over the Charles River and stay on Mass Ave till you get to the BPC (5 or 6 blocks).

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take the Expressway to the Mass. Ave. exit. Follow Mass. Ave. to the Berklee Performance Center. We’re about 3 blocks after Huntington Ave. (Symphony Hall) on the right hand side of the street.

FROM THE WEST:
Take exit 22 off the Mass. Pike and follow the Prudential Center signs, which put you on Huntington Ave. going in the right direction. Follow Huntington Ave. to Mass. Ave. (at Symphony Hall) and take a right. We’re 2-3 blocks down on the right side.

Parking:

Parking is available at nearby garages underneath the Prudential Center on Boylston Street and on Dalton Street next to the Back Bay Hilton.
Alternatively, metered spaces are located on surrounding streets. Sorry, we do not validate for parking however the Prudential Center often gives a discount to BPC ticket holders.

Public Transportation:

MBTA BUS:
Take the #1 bus, Harvard/Holyoke Gate - Dudley Station via Mass. Ave. to the intersection of Massachusetts (Mass.) Ave. and Boylston Street.

BY THE T (SUBWAY):
Take the Green Line (B, C, or D train) to the Hynes Convention Center/ICA stop. Exit left onto Massachusetts (Mass.) Ave and cross Boylston Street. The Berklee Performance Center is on the left hand side of the street.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is located just inside of main entrance of the theater.
Mon-Sat: 10:00AM-6:00PM
Closed on Sundays & Holidays.
On performance days the Box Office will open approximately two hours prior to showtime.

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

We do not take phone orders.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash. MasterCard and Visa with photo I.D.

Will Call:

Customers may pick up tickets one-hour prior to show. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo I.D.

Accessible Seating:

Tickets for patrons requiring accessible seating are available for purchase by phone 617.747.2409 or in person at the Box Office.

In an effort to accommodate as many patrons as possible in accessible sections, we limit each order to one accessible seat and one companion seat. Purchase of additional adjacent seats may be permitted, based on availability.

Accessible restrooms are located on the first floor of the main lobby. Water fountains are located in the same lobby next to the restrooms.

General Rules:

• No food or beverages permitted in the theater.
• No alcohol, snacks, and drinks available.
• Doors open approximately ½ hour before show time.
• All bags and carry in items are subject to search. Bag check at front doors. Large items discouraged.
• No coat check available.
• The following are not permitted in the theater:
o Smoking
o Photography
o Audio/Video Recording

Children Rules:

All children need a ticket to enter the theater. Prices vary per event and discounts are sometimes available for children. Call the Box Office at 617.747.2261 for information on a specific event.
