Public Transportation
Getting There Randall’s Island is accessible by:

Subway and Bus:
Getting to Randall's Island Park via subway and bus is easy! Via subway, you take the 4, 5, or 6 train to 125th street. Once there, you can hop on the X80 express bus at 125th street and Lexington avenue, and the X80 will take you directly to the festival entrance. If you wish to walk to the festival from 125th street, you can walk east on 125th street, cross the RFK Bridge, and you're there! The distance from the 125th subway station to the festival is 1 mile (the equivalent of 20 city blocks).
Please note that we are working closely with the MTA to ensure that an appropriate number of buses are added for show days and that lines are kept to an absolute minimum. Please also note that the X80 express bus collects a $6.00 round-trip fare when you board the bus, but if you have come from the subway only $3.50 is deducted. Monthly MetroCards do not work on the X8o bus, so make sure you have a MetroCard with cash on it or exact change so you can pay the X80 driver upon boarding.
Manhattan Ferry

Festival Ferries will be traveling to and from Randall's Island each day of the festival, throughout the day. Departures will take place from East 35th Street Ferry Landing located at the intersection of East 35th Street at the FDR Drive, with ferries running approximately every 15 minutes, starting at 1pm. Ferries to the island will stop at 9pm and ferries from the island will not stop until all ferry ticket buyers are off the island.

This is without a doubt the easiest way to get to/from the show, plus there will be music playing on the speakers and there is a full bar on most boats. There are only a limited number of ferry tickets available. You can purchase your ferry ticket by buying the 3-day pass + Ferry package.

Accessible Seating

There will be ADA Access Viewing Platforms located at the stage. Please note that they have limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis. ADA accessible restrooms are available at the ends of each row of restrooms and behind the Access Viewing Platforms.
