Directions:

The Ark is located in Downtown Ann Arbor.
Take I-94 to the Ann Arbor/Saline exit and head towards Ann Arbor, this road turns into Main St. and the Ark is located between William and Liberty.
From M-14 westbound, take the Downtown exit (exit 3). Street changes to Main. Continue on Main to venue.

Parking:

Street parking and paid lots/structures are available all around the building.

Box Office Hours:

Michigan Union Ticket Office: Monday –Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm.

The Ark Ticket Office is open 1/2 hour before show time.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Michigan Union Ticket Office: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Ark: Cash is accepted. Checks may be accepted with proper identification.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up beginning 1/2 hour prior to event time at the main entrance. Customers will need their Confirmation Number, the credit card on which the order was placed, and Photo Identification.

Accessible Seating:

Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements should call the Michigan Union Ticket Office at (734) 763-TKTS or (734) 763-8587 prior to the event.

General Rules:

No cameras or recording devices. Smoking only in limited areas.

Children Rules:

Unless otherwise noted, all patrons need a ticket.
