Joe Louis Arena (JLA) is located on the Detroit River in Downtown Detroit.

From the North: I-75 South to the Lodge (US-10). Follow the Lodge to the Jefferson/Joe Louis Arena Exit. This exit will lead you directly to the JLA Parking Garage.

From the South: I-75 North to Rosa Parks Boulevard/Joe Louis Civic Center Exit. Turn Right on Rosa Parks, this will merge into Jefferson. Follow Jefferson to JLA Parking Garage.

From East: I-94 West to the Lodge (US-10) South. Follow the Lodge to the Jefferson/Joe Louis Arena Exit. This exit will lead you directly to the JLA Parking Garage.

From West: I-96 East to I-75 North to Rosa Parks Boulevard/Joe Louis Civic Center Exit. Turn Right on Rosa Parks, this will merge into Jefferson. Follow Jefferson to JLA Parking Garage.

Parking:

The Joe Louis Arena garage on West Jefferson is connected to the building.

Public Transportation:

Joe Louis Arena is on the People Mover Route. Consult a schedule at a station for times.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on event days.
Open Sunday (times vary) if there is an event.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Cash.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets are available at the Box Office 2 hours prior to the event. Customers must have their Confirmation Number, the credit card under which the order was placed, and Photo Identification.
The Will Call Window is located at the Box Office on the street level on the W. Jefferson side of the building.

Accessible Seating:

Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements should contact the Box Office prior to the event. You can contact the accessible seating hotline by calling (313)396-7929.

General Rules:

Cameras and recording devices are typically not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Children Rules:

Typically children under 2 years of age are free if they do not occupy a seat. For family shows, there may be a discount for children.
