Contact the Orpheum Theater for any event information Monday through Friday, 10 am - 5 pm at (608) 350-2600.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available for every show. Contact the Orpheum box office to make accommodations or for any questions at (608) 250-2600.


Handbags will be permitted. Large bags, duffle bags and back packs are generally not allowed. All items must be deemed appropriate by security on a show-by-show basis.

Camera Policy
Small personal cameras are OK. Professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted, unless pre-approval has been given by the Orpheum Theater.

Coat Check
Most general admission shows have a coat check available for $4. Call the box office to confirm if the show you plan on attending will be offering coat check that evening.

Door Opening Times
Door opening times vary from show to show. Generally, door time will open 1 hour prior to the show time on your ticket.

Ticket Fees
Online ticket sales will have some fees to cover the cost of credit card processing and the convenience of print at home ticketing. If you would like to purchase a ticket without fees, you can purchase tickets at The Comedy Club on State Street (202 State St.) Tuesdays - Saturdays, 12 pm - 5pm. You can also purchase tickets at the Orpheum Theater box office on any show days between 10 am - 8 pm. To get a list of show dates, visit .

General admission seating means all seats and standing room are first come, first serve. If your ticket has a seat assignment, you have purchased a ticket to a seated show and that specific seat will be reserved for you. The Golden Circle refers to the premiere viewing area, the first four rows of the balcony. To view a seating chart visit and click "About Us".

Age Restrictions
Most shows are all ages. Please check the specific event page for any age restrictions.

There are numerous ATMs inside the theater.

Food/ Drinks
We have numerous bars in the theater, both in the lobby and in the show room, serving both adult and non-alcoholic beverages. No carry-in food or beverages are allowed, and no drinks (including water) are allowed to leave the theater.
