The Bank of America Theatre (formerly known as The LaSalle Bank Theatre) is located on Monroe at State Street in downtown Chicago.From the Kennedy (I-90/94):
Exit Monroe Street east. Take Monroe Street 1 mile to Wabash. Enter Self Park (on the right) 1/2 block east of Wabash Street.
From the Stevenson (I-55):
Exit Lake Shore Drive North. Take Lake Shore Drive to Jackson Boulevard. Turn left on Jackson to Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Michigan Avenue to Adams Street. Turn left on to Adams Street. Enter Self Park on the right.
From Lake Shore Drive (Northbound & Southbound):
Exit Jackson Boulevard west. Take Jackson Boulevard to Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Michigan Avenue to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street. Enter the Self Park on the right.
From the Eisenhower (I-290):
Exit Congress Parkway east to Dearborn Street. Turn left onto Dearborn Street to Monroe Street. Turn right onto Monroe Street. Enter Self Park (on the right) 1/2 block east of Wabash Street.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at any time during Box Office hours on the day of a show. The customer must present the actual credit card used to make the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.Accessible Seating
For wheelchair accessible seating please call the box office at 312-977-1700 ext. 1259.ELEVATOR: There is no elevator access to the dress circle level of the theatre.
There is elevator access to the mezzanine and balcony levels. However, once the patron gets to their level, they will need to go up or down stairs as each row is on a different step.
