From I-80/Omaha, Going East: Leave I-80 at Exit 1A. Veer I-29 North. Leave I-29 at Exit 52/Nebraska Avenue Exit. Turn left on to Nebraska Avenue. Turn right on to 23rd Avenue. Turn right on to 33rd Street. Follow signs to parking lots.

From I-480/Omaha to I-29, Going South: Leave I-29 at Exit 52/Nebraska Avenue Exit. Turn left on to Nebraska Avenue. Turn right on to 23rd Avenue. Turn right on to 33rd Street. Follow signs to parking lots.

From I-80/I-29, Going West: Leave I-80/I-29 at Exit 1B. Turn right on to South 24th Street. Turn left on to 23rd Avenue. Turn left on to 33rd Street. Follow signs to parking lots.

Free parking is located to the south and west of the arena.

The Box Office is located on the southwest side of the arena.

12:00-5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Will Call:

Will call is located at the Box Office. Tickets may be picked up starting 2 hours before the event.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available in sections 201, 203, 204, 206, 207, 209, 211, 212, 214, 215, 217 and 218. The arena has elevators and escalators to reach the concourse level.

General Rules:

No smoking.

No outside food, drinks, cans, bottles, containers of any kind.

Fireworks and weapons are not permitted.

Cameras and audio/video recorders may not be permitted during certain events.

No lazer pointers or air horns.
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

Ticket stubs much be retained for the duration of the event.

Mid America Center reserves the right to refuse admittance to ticket holders who refuse to allow inspection of their persons and any purse, bags or package carried with them when entering the facility.

There is NO RE-ENTRY.
