Directions:

From Minneapolis/St. Paul: Take I-35 North to the Hinckley exit (approx. 90 miles). At the exit turn right - one mile to casino and amphitheatre.

From Duluth: Take I-35 South to the Hinckley exit (approx. 70 miles). At the exit turn left - one mile to casino and amphitheatre.

Parking:

There is plenty of free parking in the casino parking lot.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is open from 8am to 10pm at both the Hinckley and Mille Lacs casinos.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The box office accepts cash, check, and all major charge cards.

Will Call:

On the day of show, will call tickets are available for pick-up inside the casino at the gift shop/box office. Tickets may also be picked up in advance at the Box Office during normal Box Office hours. Customer must bring picture ID, order number, and the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

The facility is fully accessible.

General Rules:

Grand Casino is a gun-free facility.

Video cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Still cameras are generally permitted, however, it varies on a show-by-show basis. No other carry-ins may be brought into the Event Center.

Children Rules:

Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. All patrons must have a ticket.
