Directions

FROM THE NORTH: Take I-35W south to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right on Washington Avenue. For available parking, turn left on 11th Avenue, 10th Avenue, Chicago Avenue or Portland Avenue.

FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-35W north to the 3rd Street/U of M exit. For available parking follow 3rd Street past the Metrodome.

FROM THE EAST: Take I-94 to the 5th Street exit. For available parking, turn right or left on 11th Avenue or continue straight on 5th Street past the Metrodome.

FROM THE WEST: Take I-94 to 7th St exit. For available parking, continue on 6th or 8th Streets past Portland Avenue to parking.

Parking

Do not drive to the Metrodome. Parking is available in the ramps and lots to the North and West of the Metrodome.

Public Transportation
The Metrodome is near several MTCO bus routes and the Downtown East light rail station. Visit http://www.metrotransit.org for more information.

Box Office Hours

For concerts and events other than Vikings football games the Metrodome box office at gate B is open the day of the event only. Ticket sales are available at select ticket booths around the Metrodome and will call tickets are available at gate B only.

The Minnesota Vikings box office hours are (June-July):
Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM

August-May, hours are:
Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM
except when there is a Sunday game, the box office is open Saturday from 9AM to 12PM and on Sunday two hours prior to game time.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Minnesota Vikings box office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For concerts and non-Viking football events, the box office accepts cash only!

Will Call

Will call tickets are available at the box office located in front of gate B for all events.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in every section of the upper level in row 1 and in lower level sections 116, 127, and 128.

General Rules

No cameras, video cameras, or recording devices are allowed.

Prohibited items: Coolers, duffel bags, packages, backpacks, fanny packs, beverage containers, alcohol, mace, laser pointers, noise makers of any kind, metal or wood poles, weapons of any type, and large purses are banned from NFL stadiums. Items of this nature will need to be returned to your vehicles prior to stadium admission. Nothing larger than a small purse, which will be subject to inspection, will be allowed for fans to carry into the stadium.

Children Rules

For all Vikings games and concerts everyone needs a ticket.

Miscellaneous

To avoid congestion at the stadium entrances, we urge you to arrive earlier than usual at the stadium and enter the gate indicated on your ticket. Stadium gates will open two hours prior to kickoff. An express lane will be added to each gate for those fans not bringing anything into the Metrodome. If the national security level is raised to "Orange/High" security personnel will also be conducting pat-downs of all fans upon entering.
