Directions

Jack Trice Stadium is located on the campus of Iowa State University.
Take Interstate 35 to the Highway 30 Exit West. Continue west for about 2 miles and exit onto Elwood Drive North. The Stadium is 1/2 mile up on the west side of the road.

Parking

Parking is available south of the stadium.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm.
Game Day:
For kickoff prior to 6:00 PM, the ticket office will open at 9:00 AM
For kickoff after 6:00 PM, the ticket office will open at 12:00 PM

Types of Payment Accepted

The Athletic Box Office accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Game Day, all sales are cash only.

Will Call

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window located North of Gate 1 beginning 2 hours prior to event time on the day of the event. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.

General Rules

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed for any events except ISU Football. Alcohol, bottles, cans, coolers, VCRS, lawn chairs, stadium chairs/cushions and umbrellas are prohibitted. No Pass Outs.

Children Rules

Ages 2 and under do not require a ticket.
