Pay parking lots are available. You can also purchase in advance NON-RESERVED / CASH LOT parking through ticketmaster. Overnight RV parking Arrowhead Park is also available. ARROWHEAD PARK offers football fans early access and a campsite where they can extend their tailgating experience to the eve of each game, camp overnight with other fans, and be the first in the complex on game day without waiting in line!
ARROWHEAD PARK is located inside the grounds of the Truman Sports Complex, and it offers overnight parking at a reasonable price. Enhance your Arrowhead Experience!
For Wizards games, parking is included in the ticket price.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office hours are as follows: Monday through Friday - 9:00AM to 5PM Saturday (during Chiefs season) - 9AM to 1 PM - Home Game weekends only Saturday and Sunday - Closed

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks in advance. Checks are not accepted on game day.

Will Call:

Will Call starts 90 minutes prior to the event at gate D on the Southwest corner. Customers need to present a picture ID, the actual credit card and the confirmation number.

General Rules:

All patrons entering Arrowhead Stadium will be subject to a pat down search. Cameras, recording devices, cans, bottles or coolers are not allowed. Paper containers, purses, fanny packs are allowed, but will be searched.
Wizard games cameras and recording devices are allowed, but no tripods.

Children Rules:

Children under 2 are free when sitting on a ticket holders lap.

Miscellaneous:

All parking lots will open 3 1/2 hours prior to kickoff. Encouraging patrons early entry to avoid long waiting in pat down lines.
