The Box Office will accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Will Call is available at the box on the day of the performance. The customer must present the credit card used to purchase tickets, confirmation number and photo I.D.
There are 3 lots at the Convocation Center. Parking charge varies. Average rates are between $3 and $10 for cars, $10-$20 for buses and RVs. There is no street parking.
Venue is Wheelchair Accessible. Everyone needs a ticket and attendants are allowed in sections 101-105, 107-108, 110, 114, 116-118. For more information please call the NIU box office. 815-752-6800.
NO food, beverages, Bottles, cans, containers, alcohol, banners, video cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, weapons, controlled or illegal substances, animals (unless for a disabled person), balloons or confetti allowed. All persons are subject to a reasonable search of themselves or possessions.
All persons entering the building will need a ticket.
