Directions:

Allstate Arena, formerly known as the Rosemont Horizon, is located very close to OHare Airport. From any major expressway, take an exit for OHare or North Mannheim.

Parking:

There is plenty of parking adjacent to the building. Please call the arena for prices as they vary per event. A bus parking fee collected at the gate. Handicapped parking is available around the building. Parking lots open at 5PM.

The Box Office regular hours are:
Monday through Friday - 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday - 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Sunday - Open only on day of show, 3 hours prior to the event.The Box Office is also open during intermission, at half time of a game and up until one hour into other events.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Will Call:

Customers can pick up tickets 60 minutes prior to showtime. Customer must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and confirmation number.

General Rules:

Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts. The Allstate Arena will check at the door. **This is a non-smoking facility.**

Children Rules:

Children under 2 are permitted free on a parents lap for family shows only. For all other events, everyone MUST have a ticket. This is a strict policy.
