When is the box office open?
The Box Office is located at the Barn on the Thanksgiving Point Campus for all advanced ticket sales. 10am-6pm Monday - Saturday, Closed Sundays Day of Show, the Box office at the Amphitheater will open 1 hour prior to show time.

Will call is available at the Box Office day of show only, 90 minutes prior to performance.
What are the parking options at Thanksgiving Point Amphitheatre?
Parking is covered by the $1 per ticket facility fee.
Is there accessible seating?
The Waterfall Amphitheater is general admission. For Accessible seating just purchase a general admission ticket.
What are the general rules of Thanksgiving Point Amphitheatre?
No coolers or containers will be permitted in the venue. No outside food or drink.

Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket.
