Accessible Seating

Theatre is not wheelchair accessible. Patrons must be able to negotiate 4 - 8 steps to enter lobby and theatre. No elevators or escalators. Email Customer Service at nyshowinfo@blueman.com for more information.

General Rules

Length and Intermission: 2 hours and 30 minutes, with a 15-minute intermission
Tickets are generally on sale four months in advance, and the show is in an open run.
NO smoking, cameras or recording devices permitted in the theatre. There is no dress code, casual dress is encouraged.
Poncho Area: Parts of the show require that customers wear a poncho to protect clothing. Ponchos are provided by the venue.
Strobe lights will be used during the performance.
Concessions: T-shirts, mugs, posters available, as well as baked goods, candy.
Restrooms: Located just off lobby.

Children Rules

Recommended for 8 years and up. Children 5 years and younger are not admitted to the theater. All children must have a ticket.

Miscellaneous

Children Information:
As an advisory to adults who might bring children, Blue Man Group recommends its productions for ages 8 and up. Children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre. All guests entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Poncho Section:
Poncho will be provided to protect patrons from edible & washable stuff flying off the stage. Don't get dressed-up though.

Performance Note:
Strobe lights will be used during the performance.

T-shirts, mugs, posters available, as well as baked goods, candy.

Restrooms:
Located just off lobby.

Many located in the area.

Hotels:
