Take I-10 to Exit 100 (Ambassador Caffery). Head South for approximately
two miles to Congress Street. The CAJUNDOME will be located on the left behind Cajun field.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, checks (up to 7 days prior to an event-excludes general admission shows) credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover, and american express).

Will Call:

Located next to the box office windows. Tickets held at will call can be picked up 48 hrs after tickets have been ordered. The customer must present a pictured ID, credit card used for purchase and the confirmation number.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating, limited mobility, and sight & hearing impaired seating is available upon request thru Ticketmaster and the CAJUNDOME box office.

General Rules:

No laser pointers, cameras, recorders. No bottles, cans, beverages, food, and coolers.

Smoking: No smoking in arena. Smoking in designated areas only.

Tickets: No refunds or exchanges

Lost/Stolen Tickets: Must be reported to Ticketmaster or the CAJUNDOME box office prior to an event.
Group rates are available for some CAJUNDOME events.

Children Rules:

There are no age restrictions. Generallly for sports shows, under 2 admitted free with understanding that child will sit in parents lap. Age will vary depending on show.
