• Tickets Purchased through Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone:
Consumers who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone or online through ticketmaster.com will automatically receive a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase for officially cancelled events. Please allow at least two weeks from the event’s official cancellation date to receive the credit card refund. Cancellation dates vary by event and event date.
• Tickets Purchased at Ticketmaster Ticket Centers:
Consumers who purchased tickets in person at Ticketmaster retail Ticket Center locations for officially cancelled events may receive their refund by returning their tickets to any Ticketmaster Ticket Center located in the Gulf region. Consumers who purchased tickets at Ticketmaster retail Ticket Centers but are unable to go to a Ticket Center, may receive a refund for officially cancelled events by mailing their tickets along with the buyer’s full name, mailing address, and a daytime phone number to:
