I-10 east to I-610 toward Slidell. Exit
Franklin Ave to Lake Pontchartrain. The
Arena is located on the corner of Franklin
Ave and Lake Ponchartrain.

*From the east (Slidell, Mississippi)
I-10 toward New Orleans. Take the Franklin
Ave. exit; then right (north). Take Franklin
Ave. north to Lake Ponchartrain. The Arena is
located on the corner of Franklin Ave. and
Lake Pontchartrain.

*From the Westbank (Gretna, Harvey, Marrero)
Cross the crescent city connection and take
I-10 towards Slidell. Exit at Elysian Fields
then left. Continue down Elysian Fields to
Leon C Simon blvd, then right. On Leon C
Simon the second traffic light is Franklin
Ave. Turn left on Franklin Ave. The Arena
is located on your right.

Parking:

Parking is available on the grounds. Charges vary. Parking fees may or may not be included in ticket purchase price.

Public Transportation:

RTA Transit System (buses) routes #57 Franklin and #60 Hayne (Leon C Simon) are currently available.

Will Call is available at the Box Office.

24 hours after order has been placed (if verified) during normal business hours or 2 hours prior to showtime on day of show. The customer must present actual credit card, picture ID, and confirmation number to claim will call tickets.

Children Rules:

Generally, if not specified by event:
For "Family Shows" a ticket is required for ages 1 and up. No ticket is required for children under age 1 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.

For concerts, age two and under are free. No ticket is required under age 2 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.

For UNO Athletic events a youth is considered age 2-17. No ticket is required under age 2 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.

Miscellaneous:

Smoking Policy: Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas. NO SMOKING is allowed in the seating areas!!

Lost/Stolen Ticket Policy: There is NO replacement for LOST tickets. Stolen ticket replacement requests MUST be accompanied by a police report.
