Directions

From East or West: From I-20 take Civic Center exit, the Civic Center is North of the interstate off the exit.

From North or South: Take Highway 165 to I-20 West and take the Civic Center exit.

Parking

Parking is available at the Civic Center Arena parking lot. The charge is $2.00 per car.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Arena Box Office one hour before event. Customer must present the actual credit card, picture I.D. and their confirmation number to obtain tickets.

General Rules

* No video cameras or tape recorders allowed.
* Still cameras allowed for some events, check with the Civic Center per event.
* No outside concessions allowed. No Alcohol.
* Lost stolen tickets: Passes are issued for reserved shows upon verification of purchase. There are no replacements for tickets to General Admission events.
* Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Located outside the arena.
