From the NY State Thruway (I-90) take Exit 36 (Route 81) South to Syracuse to Exit 18 (Harrison Street). Take Harrison Street 2 blocks, then make a left onto State Street. The parking ramp is on your left.

From the North
Rt 81 South to Harrison St exit 18, right onto Harrison St, two blocks, left onto State St, left into the Oncenter Complex Parking Garage

From the South
Rt 81 North to Adams/Harrison St Exit 18. Straight one block, left onto Harrison St, two blocks, left onto State St, left into the Oncenter Parking Garage.

Parking:

Parking is available all around the building. The Oncenter Garage is located between Townsend St and State St. Event parking is $5.00 per vehicle

Public Transportation:

The Centro Bus is two blocks away on Salina Street. For schedule info call 315-442-3500

Theater and Convention Center events, box office will open 1 hour prior to publicized start time.

Customer can pick up Will Call tickets 1 hour prior to the show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo i.d. The Will Call window is located on the corner of Madison and Montgomery St.
