Directions:

The Lindner Family Tennis Center is about 25 miles North of Cincinnati.

Take I-71 to Exit 24 or Exit 25 and follow signs to the Tournament. The venue is across the Interstate from Kings Island Park and is visible from the freeway.

Parking:

There is ample parking provided free of charge located on site. Parking is a short walking distance from the gates.

During the Tournament the ticket office on site is open 9am-9pm. Tickets purchased and being held at Will Call are available two hours prior to session start time.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, Visa ,MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Will Call:

The Will Call area is located in the ticket office at the NW entrance of the Center. Patrons may pick up tickets at Will Call with a valid photo ID beginning two hours prior to the session start time.

Phone orders will be closed at 9pm the evening prior to morning/daytime sessions, and at 3pm for evening sessions.

Accessible Seating:

Seating for functionally challenged is available on all courts. Contact box office at (513) 651-0303 for information.

General Rules:

Cameras without flash are permitted.
Recording devices are not permitted.
Outside food and drink not permitted to be brought onto the grounds.
Smoking is not permitted in any stadium, in the food court, or any designated non-smoking area of the facility

Rain Policy
If session is cancelled after one full match on Center Court is completed, no exchanges or refunds will be made. If session is cancelled without the completion of one full match, the ticketholder is entitled to a ticket to the same session of the tournament the following year.

To receive a ticket exchange, mail stub within 15 days after the cancelled session to:

Only the original purchaser of the ticket may apply.

Complimentary, Series, Box or Sponsor tickets will not be exchanged.

Children Rules:

Children 12 months old and under do not need a ticket if they sit on a full price ticket holders lap. All children over age 12 months require a ticket.

Miscellaneous:

There is a full food court offering a wide variety of food and drink as well as concession stands surrounding Center Court.

There is an extensive retail area along the East side of Center Court.
