When is the box office open?
ADVANCE SALES HOURS: Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 5:30PM Saturday 10:00AM to 1:00PM Sunday CLOSED DAY OF EVENT HOURS: Monday through Saturday 10:00AM through 1st intermission. Sunday 2 hours prior to performance through 1st intermission.
What payment types are accepted?
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call orders can be picked up during regular Box Office hours. Patron must present actual credit card, picture I.D., and confirmation number.
What are the parking options at Procter and Gamble Hall?

Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available in all theaters for patrons not able to transfer out of their wheelchairs or with other seating needs. Please contact the Ticket Office at (513) 621-2787 in advance to discuss your needs.
What are the general rules of Procter and Gamble Hall?
No cameras or recording devices of any kind are permitted.
Are children allowed?
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Exceptions may be made to specific family performances. Any exceptions would be listed in the Event Comment Information.
